Shipping policy

 ★ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! If you don't see your country available at checkout, email me! Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs charges.

★ What do I do if my piece arrived broken?

Email me within a week of delivery with a photograph of the breakage and your order number and I will either send a new piece or issue a refund. Please note that replacement pieces may take 6-8 weeks to complete as I will be starting from scratch. 

★ Can I return my piece?

All sales are final <3 please thoroughly review all photos, measurements, and descriptions of a piece before pulling trigger on the purchase. Keep in mind that because all pieces are handmade, minor imperfections & slight variations in size, color and design are to be expected.

★ How do I care for my piece?

All pieces are microwave safe unless they have a metallic finish or metal additive. I recommend hand washing your piece immediately after use and not letting it knock against other dishes or sit in water for extended periods. If your piece is treated gently, it can last for centuries <3

★ Miscellaneous shipping FAQs:

Stokes Jones is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package to be lost in transit or stolen upon delivery, please contact the shipping service responsible for the package and file a claim.

If you input the incorrect shipping address, it does not qualified as a lost or stolen package. The mis-delivery of a package due to the incorrect address being given at checkout does not qualify your order for a refund.

If Shopify flags your shipping address as invalid, I will reach out to the email provided to double check before shipping the package. If I do not hear back with clarification within 7 days, I will send the package to the address provided. 

If the package is returned to my studio due to incorrect address information,  the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment to the correct address. If no new address is provided within 7 days, a full refund will be issued minus the cost of the initial shipment.

If the cost of shipping is more than $10 over the shipping estimate included at checkout, the customer will be responsible for paying the remainder via invoice. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
